Small fixes and clearer wording

A round of small fixes, so the console offers only what works and says it plainly.

• Add a vote for someone can now search all your participants with "Find a person", and it is hidden when voting on that idea is closed.
• Exports show Download only to people who can download that file. A file with email addresses and internal notes downloads only for managers, owners and admins; others see why.
• AI keys: Pause and Resume show only when they can work.
• Email providers: after "Check connection", the result shows up without reloading the page.
• Clearer wording: role names, "ideas" instead of "requests" in board settings, and the help for embeds and languages.
